WELCOME TO THE WEBSITE OF LUMLEY LADIES F.C.

           

 

Welcome to Lumley Ladies Football Club 

 

 We were formed in May 2002 and have over 100 players from 7+ in 9 teams.

We hold FA Charter Standard and Child Protection status.

For the season 2008-2009 we are running 7 teams from under 8 upwards to the senior team.    The under 10's, 11's and 12's  will play on Saturday mornings playing 7 a side in the Russell Foster Girls League at centres decided by the League.  The under 14's and 16's will also play on Saturday mornings but in the Durham County FA Girls 11 a side League with their home games at Chester-le-Street Riverside Sports Complex.  The senior team will be playing in the First Division North of the North East Regional Womens Football League at Moor Park, the home of Chester Town FC.

 WE ALWAYS WELCOME NEW PLAYERS OF ANY AGE GROUP FROM 7 UPWARDS.

Now that the dark nights are drawing in, training for the under 8's, 9's, 10's and 11's will be indoors in the Sports Hall at Park View Community Association (Park View Main School at Chester-le-Street).  There will be training every Monday night from 6-30 pm till 7-30 pm and every Wednesday night from 5-30 pm till 6-30 pm. 

The under 12's, 14's, 16's and senior teams train outside on the astroturf at the Riverside Complex at Chester-le-Street.  TRAINING FOR THESE GROUPS ARE ON EVERY THURSDAY, with the under12's from 6-00 pm till 7-00 pm, the under 14's and under 16's from 7-00 pm till 8-00 pm and all seniors from 8-00 pm till 9-00 pm.    We welcome all players old and new to come along.   

SUBS COLLECTIONS ARE BY £12-50 MONTHLY STANDING ORDERS FOR 11-A-SIDE TEAMS OR £10-00 MONTHLY STANDING ORDERS FOR SMALL SIDED TEAMS.

BEFORE YOU ALLOW YOUR CHILD TO JOIN A CLUB MAKE SURE THAT CLUB IS AWARE OF CHILD PROTECTION AND HAS A CHILD PROTECTION OFFICER.

THE CLUB MANAGERS AND COMMITTEE HAVE BEEN DELIGHTED BY THE NUMBER OF NEW PLAYERS ATTRACTED TO THE CLUB AND LOOK FORWARD TO WELCOMING NEW PLAYERS, REGARDLESS OF ABILITY, AT FUTURE TRAINING SESSIONS.  SINCE MAY 2002 WE HAVE GROWN FROM 20 PLAYERS TO 100+!! ANYONE IS WELCOME FROM 7 YEARS UPWARDS.
